Shipping policy

Order shipping time is 3-5 business days.  Processing time is 2-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update via the USPS website.  Pynk Satin Lux is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  All items are final sale, no refunds, or returns.  Refunds or order cancellations may only be made prior to orders being shipped.  For security purposes, no address changes will be made following the order being placed.
